Scor-Pal and American Crafts Blog Hop

We are blog hopping today with Scor-Pal and American Crafts. You should have arrived here from Heidi Sonboul's blog. If you didn't, just start at the Scor-Pal Blog and see what everyone has created today.

I was lucky enough to be able to work with American Craft's CHAP line. This is a great line to use for masculine projects with it's shades of browns, blues, yellows and greens.

I created a center fold card with my Scor-Pal using American Crafts cardstock. Using the reverse side of the Scott pattern paper, I cut it to fit my front panels. The right side of the Scott pattern paper was cut to fit the inside of my card and was cut into a scalloped circle for the front closure. I added a die cut circle to this onto which I added my image. This Magnolia stamp was colored with Copic Markers and then cut out and mounted to the front with foam adhesives for dimension. I added several buttons and pearls from this kit to the lower right corner.

Supplies:
Cardstock, Pattern Paper, Buttons, Pearls: American Crafts
Stamp: Magnolia
Markers: Copic Markers
Dies: Spellbinders

This bunny card would be perfect for anyone on your list. I cut Blue American Crafts Cardstock 6" x 12", then used my Scor-Pal to create a top folding card. Cutting the Jim pattern paper to fit the card front, I added Scott on Gray Cardstock which was cut to 5" x 5".

After coloring my image with Copic Markers, I scored lines around the image for a little bit of dimension. The tag and brad are coordinated perfectly with this collection and finished off this card nicely.

Supplies:
Cardstock, Pattern Paper: American Crafts
Markers: Copic Markers

This next card uses a variety of American Crafts papers and Clearsnap Inks to create a fun birthday card.

The Scor-Pal makes it so easy to create just the perfect score lines. This 3D card is so much fun to make and can be created for any occasion.

The card base is Brown American Crafts cardstock which has been scored and cut. Mike pattern paper has been cut to fit the base card and Jim has been placed on top.

I lightly inked the image with Clearsnap Inks and a Styllus, then added Clearsnap Smooch Ink for some shimmer on the balloons, the hat and the plate. The sentiment was stamped and embossed on a Journaling Card from the Justwrite package which I cut and adhered with foam adhesives.

Supplies:
Cardstock, pattern paper: American Crafts
Ink: Clearsnap Graphic 45 Decades Ink; Clearsnap Smooch Ink
Digi Image: SewManyCards
Stamp: MSE
