Friendship Blooms Card

Hi everyone, it's a new month and the challenge on the ScorPal blog is to create a card with flowers.

Score 4 1/4" x 11" kraft cardstock in half.  The front panel is a piece of gelli printed paper I created.   After matting it with white cardstock, ribbon was wrapped around the panel and adhered in place with Scor-Tape.  The panel was then adhered to the card.

For the interior, watercolor paper was painted with Tattered Angels paints and scored in half to fit the card.  The panel was die cut, inked and added to the card base.

The flowers were stamped with black ink and colored with Tattered Angels paints before adhering to the card.  Happy Day was stamped, die cut, matted with another oval and then added to the card.

I die cut 2 graduating sized ovals for the front of the card and stamped a sentiment on top.  The ovals were placed on the panel with foam adhesives for dimension.

Thanks for stopping by.

Steph
