Using the Fairy Couple and Three Dancing Fairies, I stamped them on the Lavinia Spellbound 2 paper with black ink. I then matted the panel with blue cardstock and wrapped the panel with blue ribbon.
I added the panel to a white card.
I finished by adding stickles to the fairy wings and the stardust. Love the added glitter.
I stamped the sentiment on white cardstock. Then I matted it with a scrap of the paper and then cardstock. It was added to the card with foam adhesives for dimension.

This is beautiful! I was going to ask you how you created your awesome background, but it looks like it might be one of the Lavinia papers? It looks like alcohol inks to me. I love the colors of your card. So pretty!
