Queen Kat #8

I was having lots of fun with Queen Kat's new the Belated Birthday set so I decided to make a tag. Using my Heart Nestabilities, I was able to get this pretty cool tag. Doesn't it really depict the craziness we go through this time of year - too many packages, not enough time.
