Happy Birthday
Hi everyone. It's Wednesday and that means its time for a new challenge at Mark's Finest Papers and Stamps.
This week's Simple Salutations Challenge # 82 is to create a card incorporating flowers.
I created a gate fold card and used the Huge Blooms stamp, fussy cutting the flower and mounting on die cuts. The sentiment is from Out on the Town stamp.

Be Mine
Hi everyone, it's time for a new challenge at Cornish Heritage Farms. Kristine has asked us to create with love, after all Valentine's Day is right around the corner.
I used the Gingham Backgrounder stamp for the background of my card and I also die cut it for the heart. Love that the backgrounders are so versatile, don't you?
The sentiment is from Script Essential Expressions which contains an amazing variety of 54 stamps.

Friendship
Good morning everyone. It is freezing out today with 14" of new snow so I needed something to warm me up.
I used the Lighthouse digital stamp from Cornish Heritage Farms, coloring it with Copic Markers. After fussy cutting the image, I added it to card front.
I wanted the sentiment to stand alone so I matted it with cardstock and added it with foam adhesives for dimension.

Christmas Tags
Hi everyone. I completely forgot to post these Christmas tags. Well, even though Christmas has passed, this technique can be used to create tags for any occasion. So think about using the same techniques and create some fun tags for a birthday or perhaps even Mother's Day!
Using a craft mat, spritz mat with Pinkolicious Spritzer
Spritz a little water
Drag tags through the mixture
Allow to dry or heat set if you want to continue working
Wipe up any remaining mix
Spritz craft mat with Golf Course Spritzer
Spritz a little water
Drag the same tag with the mix
You can now see the layers of color forming
Allow to dry or heat set before proceeding
Using Rollagraph and Say What? Rollagraph Wheel with Colorbox Irish Ink and roll across tags
Using white cardstock, place Funky Forest Design Adhesives on the cardstock
Add assorted Designer Foils to each tree
Ink edges with Truffle Mix'd Media Inx
Spritz Mudslide across the trees
Mat with cream cardstock and add to the tag with foam adhesives for dimension
Stamp sentiment on cardstock
Ink edges with Irish Ink and mat with cream cardstock
Add to the tag
Select a portion of the Holly Border Design Adhesives and apply to the top of the tag
Place Irish Eyes Designer Foils on top
Adhere Robin's Nest Dew Drops as berries around the holly
Using white cardstock, place Funky Forest Design Adhesives on the cardstock
Add assorted Designer Foils to each tree

Sincere Thanks
Good morning everyone. For today's challenge at Cornish Heritage Farms, Frances asked us to create with Thomas Kinkade's stamps.
I used the Thomas Kinkade Golfer's Paradise stamp, inking it with Clearsnap Chalk Ink and adding a touch of color to the greenery with Zig Markers.
The sentiment is from Script Essential Expressions, which consists of 56 stamps, that gives you so many choices!

Prima's Mix'd Media Doll Stamps
This past year I have had so much fun working with Prima's Mix'd Media doll stamps. I absolutely love them so I thought I'd show you what I created with them - from bookmarks to cards to gift bags.
And here's what I did with the legs I cut off some of the stamped images - I just couldn't bear to throw them away!!
I hope you like my creations.

Live a Creative Life
Sin City Stamps is having a design team call and this is my submission.
Starting with wrinkled tissue paper, attach to canvas board with Mod Podge. Allow to dry before proceeding.
Using several colors of Izink, a liquid pigment ink, place drops on a craft sheet then spritz with water.
Pick up assorted colors of Izink and paint over the canvas randomly, allowing the colors to sit on top of the wrinkled tissue paper. Spritz the canvas with water and then rotate the canvas allowing the colors to move around. Allow to dry or heat set.
Using a diamond stamp, stamp around the edges of the canvas board in a distressed fashion. Stamp sentiment directly on the canvas. Stamp several of the words on chipboard. Ink edges and adhere to the canvas with the Best Glue Ever. Ink arrows and rub Izink on top. Ink butterflies with several colors of ink and emboss with Clear embossing powder. Add to canvas with the Best Glue Ever.
Die cut a trellis, ink and emboss with clear embossing powder. Die cut several leaves and mix among the trellis. Ink the flowers with several colors of Izink and adhere with the Best Glue Ever.
Ink, emboss and heat set a small tag, then use stickers to add "play" on top. Tie a ribbon to the tag and add it under the flowers.
Supplies:
Cardstock: Bazzill
Ink, Embossing Powder: Clearsnap
Chipboard: Basically Bare, Gina's Designs
Pigment Ink: Izink
Flowers: Prima
Dies: Cheery Lynn, Spellbinders
Stamps: Stampavie, Sin City Stamps

Winter is better
The newest challenge at OOzak.com is to use blues. When I think of blues, I think of winter so I used Memory Box Snow border die along with Spellbinders Gazebo
The gazebo was added to a Spellbinders circle with some dots for a little dimension. The snow border was placed behind the circle and the sentiment was placed to the right of the gazebo.
