Sweet Christmas Card

Hi everyone, Merry Christmas.  I have another Fairy Stamper project to share.

I've used FH Leaping Reindeer, Horse and Foal, Decorating Tree plus Fairy Scapes Background - Sticks, which was the perfect accent to the images.

Don't forget to add a red dot of liquid pearls to the reindeer's nose!

Fairy Stamper Merry Christmas

Hi everyone, I have another Fairy Stamper project to share.   Merry Christmas.

Using a Spellbinders die with Rinea Foiled Paper - Gold Starstruck, I created 2 arches for the card which I adhered to a panel of Christmas paper.

Poinsettias were clustered in the center and the FH Magic in the Air was stamped and die cut and slipped under the pointsettias.

TLC Designs Christmas Card

Hi everyone, I'm on the TLC Designs blog with a sweet Christmas card using non-traditional colors.

Creating a card from pink cardstock, I die cut 3 layers of papers from the  Perfectly Precious paper pack using the Daisy Frame Die.

Using one of the fairies from the Frosty Fairies digital image, I colored her with Copic Markers and used the Daisy Frame die to die cut her.   Assembling the layers, I added the dove and message from the Gift of Love stamp set.

Quick and Easy Christmas Gift Ideas - Day 10

Hi everyone.  Christmas will be here before we know it.  The last seven years I've blogged about last minute Christmas ideas you could make in under 60 minutes.  Well, it's that time again and I've got some new projects to share.

Today is a Gift Card Holder

I dislike giving gift cards, but I find if I dress them up, they become a fabulous gift!

Directions can be found here - gift card holders.

Remember if you use double sided pattern paper, you can create an assortment of gift card holders in a short period of time.

Quick and Easy Christmas Ideas - Day 9

Hi everyone.  Christmas will be here before we know it.  The last seven years I've blogged about last minute Christmas ideas you could make in under 60 minutes.  Well, it's that time again and I've got some new projects to share.

I created some gift tags to add to packages.

Using the Gift of Love stamp set from TLC Designs, I stamped and colored the angels in assorted colors using Copic Markers.  Then I fussy cut each one.

Next, I die cut coordinating colors of cardstock using the scalloped die from the Happy Dragonfly Circle die set from TLC Designs, then used the inner circle to die cut white cardstock.  This would help the angels pop.

Then I threaded twine through the loops to use as the ties.

Quick and Easy Christmas Ideas - Day 8

Hi everyone.  Christmas will be here before we know it.  The last seven years I've blogged about last minute Christmas ideas you could make in under 60 minutes.  Well, it's that time again and I've got some new projects to share.

Christmas ornaments with etchallⓇ.

This is a great project to do with the kiddies.  Let them add stickers to the ornaments or simply leave them blank.

Place the ornaments in etchallⓇ dip 'n etch and allow them to sit in the liquid for 15 minutes.

Remove the ornaments and pour the dip 'n etch back into its original container.  Rinse and dry off the ornaments.

Paint the ornaments and once dry, remove the stickers.  Decorate as desired with die cut leaves and liquid pearls.

Christmas Decor with Rinea Foiled Papers

I love creating home decor projects for the holidays.

Using assorted colors of Rinea Foiled Papers, I die cut a large oval for the center of the piece, then adhered leaves, pinecones and the bow to create a layered effect:

Merry was added to the center to finish.

Add the panel to green cardstock and add to the gift bag.

Cut strips of ribbon and tie together.

Tie the ribbon to the handle and add a stamped and die cut image to the front.

Quick and Easy Christmas Ideas - Day 5

Hi everyone.  Christmas will be here before we know it.  The last seven years I've blogged about last minute Christmas ideas you could make in under 60 minutes.  Well, it's that time again and I've got some new projects to share.

This metal Christmas Tree was found at the dollar store.  Crinkling tissue paper, I used Mod Podge, to adhere the tissue paper around the tree.

Allow to dry.  Depending on how thick the Mod Podge, it could take several hours to dry.

Once dry ink the tree with a several shades of green ink, then lightly ink the crinkles with dark green ink.  Ink the basket with 2 shades of brown ink.

Wrap the tree with pinecone garland and put on display.
