Fairy Hugs Paper Pad: Tumbleshine
Selecting a design, stamp the ship in the center.
Using the Swirling Snow stencil, add color around the edges of the design.
Stamp and fussy cut Starla.
Place her on the card with foam adhesives for dimension as if she is dropping good luck to the ship as it wanders on it's way.
