Hi everyone, it's time for a new Scor-Pal challenge. Just create a project with more than one score.
This is a really sweet project to create and is perfect for any holiday.
It can be created in a variety of sizes.
Just remember to use double sided pattern paper for an amazing effect.
For this project, start with paper 10" x 10".
Fold on the diagonal.
Unfold and fold by bringing the edges to the center like a kite.
Using Scor-Pal, score at 7 1/2" across as shown.
Score again at approx. 2 3/4" from the point.
Just be sure it folds over the upper flap.
To create the gussets, start by scoring up from the bottom fold on both sides.
Push in on the center score lines.
Place Scor-Tape along the flaps as shown.
Adhere the larger panel, then fold the point inside and adhere.
Fold the top flap down to its desired position and score.
I scored at 3", but your score line may differ depending on how you created the bottom portion.
Wrap ribbon around the flap and adhere with Scor-Tape.
Die cut the front panel shape and adhere to the top portion of the flap only.
Decorate as desired with leaves and a sentiment.
Cut cardstock 4 1/2" x 8" and score to create the card.
For the interior panel, cut white cardstock 4 1/4" x 7 3/4" and score at 3 7/8".
To create the "stand", find the center point and score a 3/4" mark on either side.
Cut down the 3/4" score line on both sides.
Fold the panel, pushing the "stand" inside.
Adhere this panel to the card, leaving the "stand" free.
Tear a strip of cardstock and adhere to the "stand"
Fussy cut a flower pot, lightly ink and adhere next.
Die cut flowers and leaves and adhere about the panel.
Finish by adding gem stones to the flowers and around the card.
Consider adding a sentiment to the bottom of the card, if desired.
Decorate the front of the card using left over pattern paper from the envelope.
Add die cut panels, flowers, leaves and gemstones.
Have fun with this design using any sized papers.
The scores will change depending on the size of the paper, but the folds will be the same.
Use 8" x 8" paper to create a gift card holder.
The larger the size, the larger the card you can place inside the envelope.
Have fun!!
Thanks for stopping by.
