BPM Floral Journal

Hi everyone, I'm sharing a journal today using stamps from Blank Page Muse.

I Brake For Stamps - Large Script Background
Blank Page Muse - Classic Wild Flowers Background

Start by painting the covers of the journal with Folk Art Paints.
Using a floral napkin, remove the layers and tear the top edge as desired.
Once the journal is dry, use Mod Podge to adhere the napkin one section at a time.
Smooth it to remove any wrinkles.
Once the napkin has dried, use a sander to remove any excess from the edges.

Using the Large Script stamp, ink with gray ink.
Off stamp onto scrap paper and then stamp on the journal.
Pour on clear embossing powder and heat set.

On the inside panel stamp the Wildflowers stamp and also emboss.

Assemble the journal, adding pattern paper to the first page.

Plaid Easter Bunny Decor

Happy Easter - are you ready?  I've used assorted Folk Art paints to create this Easter Decor.

I've had this background panel in my stash, so I painted it with white gesso.
Then I roughly painted the panel with Ceramcoat Fountain Blue paint.
Once dry, I painted the bottom 1/3 of the panel with Folk Art Soft Apple paint.

I wanted a very whimsical background effect.

Grabbing elements from my stash as well as the Dollar Tree, I created my panel.
The bunny was die cut using my Cricut and he was added to the left side of the panel.
Adding a metal envelope, I placed a large decorated wood egg inside.
Next, I painted several different sized wood carrots and several shaped bunnies.
All of these were placed about the panel.

Bunny is a metal word that was added to the panel with foam adhesives for dimension.
"Grass" was added to the bottom of the panel.

Scor-Pal Pop Up Card

Hi everyone, it's time for a new Scor-Pal challenge.  Just create a project with more than one score.  Today I'm sharing a fun pop up card.  This works best when using double sided pattern paper.

Scor-Pal
Scor-Tape
Bazzill Cardstock
Joy Clair Stamp
Spellbinders Dies

Cut cardstock 4 1/4" x 11".
Score at 4 1/2" and 5 1/2'.
Fold at the 5 1/2" scored line.
Fold UP on the 4 1/2" scored line.

Cut pattern paper to fit the panels:
Front panel is 4" x 4 1/4".
Front strip is 7/8" x 4 1/4".
Adhere to front of card.

Wrap ribbon around the front strip and tie off.
Place glue around the strip and adhere to the card.

For the pop up, cut pattern paper 6" x 6".
Score at 3".
Rotate and score at 3".
Score along the diagonal.

Fold along the scored lines.

Line up the pop up panel inside the card.
Add adhesive to one side and close the card.
Flip over and add adhesive to the other side.
Close the card and the pop up is complete.

Cut white panel 2 3/4" x 2 3/4".
Placing in on the diagonal, stamp the sentiment.
Adhere it to the bottom panel.
Add a die cut leaf.

Decorate the front cover with assorted die cuts and sentiment.
Add a white panel to the back of the card - 4" x 5 1/4".
