Fairy Hugs stamps: Rock Set
Stamp and color Lou Lou with Copic Markers, then fussy cut her.
Stamp and fussy cut the Rock which Lou Lou will sit upon.
Create a card with assorted layers.
Die cut circles for the center of the card and stamp the phrase.
Assemble the card, adding Lou Lou with foam adhesives for dimension.
