Naughty or Nice

Hey everyone, it's a new challenge at The Crafters Challenge Blog.  Today's sponsor is Fred She Said and the challenge is to make it sparkle!

I loved this Naughty or Nice Elf  digi image, so I colored her with Coic Markers.  The coordinated sentiment was cut apart so that a piece could be added to the interior of the card.

The pattern paper is from MME and is totally sparkled up so it was perfect to use as the back drop for this little elf!

And the interior-------

Noel Outhouse

Hey everyone, it's a new challenge at The Crafters Challenge Blog.  Today's sponsor is Rick St. Dennis and the challenge is metal.

I found this metal paper in my stash - it must be at least 7 years old!!!!!  The store that sold it went out of business a long time ago and I knew I'd use it sometime.  Well that time has come!

It did seem a little plain until I scored the metal with my Scor-pal - wow what a difference that made - it really brought the metal to life.  I tied a ribbon around it before adding it to the card front.

The image is the Noel Outhouse, which I thought was too cute, all decked out with it's own holiday flair!  I colored the image with Copic Markers, then die cut it, adding it to the card front with foam adhesives for dimension.

Happy Halloween

Hey everyone, it's a new challenge at The Crafters Challenge Blog.  Today our sponsor is Rick St. Dennis and the challenge is to create something spookable.

Well, this Winsome Witch image was so cute to spook with her favorite black cat, so I colored them with
Copic Markers.  Spellbinders dies were used around the image.

Happy Halloween was stamped on coordinating pattern paper and matted with black cardstock, then added to the card with foam adhesives for dimension.

Isn't she just the cutest?

Gnome Sweet Gnome

Hey everyone, it's a new challenge at The Crafters Challenge Blog.  Today's sponsor is Dr. Digi and the challenge is to use die cuts or punches.

So I found this Gnome Sweet Gnome image and decided to color it with Copic Markers before using Spellbinders dies.  Since I wanted the image as the focal point, I printed it to fit the front of a 5 1/2" x 5 1/2" card, then added a larger die cut mat behind it.

Emma's birthday

Hey everyone, it's a new challenge at The Crafters Challenge Blog.   Today our sponsor is Fred She Said and we've been requested not to use pattern paper.

I  just loved Emma with her birthday cake so I created a background using a Cuttlebug Embossing Folder and Clearsnap Chalk Ink.

Emma was colored with Copic Markers and then fussy cut before adhering her to the card front.

Life is a Journey

Hi friends.  It's time for a new challenge at  The Crafter's Cafe.   Our sponsor this week is Rick St. Dennis with the theme of  Anything Goes!

Isabella Blustery Day is an awesome image that is perfect for fall.  I paired her with a background I created using Ranger Distress Inks and water plus a Cuttlebug embossing folder once dry.  I then lightly inked the embossed areas with Ranger Distress Ink.

Isabella was colored with Copic Markers and then fussy cut.  I popped her on 2 circle layers before adhering it to the card.

The Crafter's Cafe

Hi friends.  It's time for a new challenge at  The Crafter's Cafe.   Our sponsor this week is Creative Bugs with the theme of  Anything Goes!

I chose this whimsical garden image to work with, coloring her with Zig Markers.

Ranger Distress Ink was added around the image and then mounted on brown cardstock.  The base card itself is white with a layer of brown and an embossed sheet of yellow on top.  May Arts ribbon helps tie it all together.

Thanks for stopping by today.

I chose this lovely Christmas Cottage image to work with.   It's never too early to get a start of your holiday cards!!!!!

I accented portions of the cottage with Zig Markers

I scored along the bottom of the card before adding the sentiment and some Robin's Nest Dew Drops.
