I know the challenge doesn't require the use of red, white and blue, but I just happened to have this awesome Creative Imaginations paper on my desk - so I decided to create another easel card. I love easel cards. They are so easy to make and really make an impact!
After creating my card from red cardstock, I cut the second layer from white cardstock, then used the Creative Imaginations paper on top. The star paper is the reverse side of the striped paper, so they coordinated perfectly. I used some Offray ribbon and some Twinery twine before adding my sentiment.
The stamps are from Justrite Stampers' new clear set, Anchor's Away , and an older cling set, You Inspire Me . Both were stamped with Clearsnap's Wicked Black Ink, then die cut with Spellbinders oval dies. The bottom white layer was embossed with a Cuttlebug embossing folder.
