ATSM Challenge #256

Hi everyone.  It's a new challenge at ATSM and this week it's anything goes.  So grab your stamps and papers and create anything you'd like.

I matted this ruler paper with black cardstock and added it to a floral background before adding it to the card.

The sentiment was stamped and die cut into an oval and matted with a larger oval before adding to the card.
