Under the Sea with Oscar

 Hi everyone, I have another Fairy Stamper project to share.  

I created a background using the Gel Press and paints in shades of green and blue.  After pulling several prints, I found the one I liked the best for Oscar.

Once the panel was dry, I cut it to size and stamped Fairy Hugs Oscar in black ink slightly off the panel.  Oscar was one of my very first Fairy Hugs stamps and I love him.  Then I stamped Fairy Hugs Hanging Vines to simulate seeweed along the bottom.  Oscar looks like he's happily playing under the sea.

The panel was matted with white cardstock then added to a blue card.
