Scor-Pal Treat Containers

 Hi everyone, it's time for a new Scor-Pal challenge.  Just create a project with more than one score.

These are fun and sweet projects that can be mass produced, if needed, and placed on the dining room table to be opened with the deserts.

Cut cardstock 4 3/4" x 5 1/2".

Place the short edge towards the top.

Score at 1 1/2", 2 1/2", 4".

Fold along the score lines.

The 1" panel is the bottom of the container.

The 3/4" panel is the flap.

Cut pattern paper to fit both 1 1/2" sides and use Scor-Tape to adhere.

Fold up the triangles and place Scor-Tape along the 3/4" flap.

Add Scor-Tape along the center of the base and place several kisses on the tape.

Fold into shape sealing the flap inside.

Wrap twine around the boxes.

Create 2 layer tags and stamp sentiments on them.

Adhere each tag to box.

Halloween Treat Bags

  Hi everyone, it's time for a new Scor-Pal challenge.  Just create a project with more than one score.

I think these cute little treat bags would have everyone enjoying Halloween this year.

Cut cardstock 4 1/4" x 11".

Placing the long edge at the top of the Scor-Pal, score as follows:

Score at 3 1/2", 4 1/4", 5", 8 1/2", 9 1/4" and 10".

Rotate the panel and score at 3/4" to create the bottom.

Fold the panel in mountain and valley format.

Cut up to the score line on the side panels.

Place Scor-Tape along the right side and assemble to create the box.

Fold up the bottom edges and use Scor-Tape to assemble.

For additional support, I added another strip of black cardstock to the bottom.

Decorate as desired using assorted pattern papers and phrases.

To create the top flaps, cut cardstock 2" x 3 1/2" and score the panel in half.

Adhere to the back of the box and fold towards the front.

Finish by punching holes in the top flat.

Run twine through the holes and tie off.

Add stamped images.

Happy Easter Treat Box

Hi everyone, it's a new month and the challenge on the Scor-Pal blog is to create anything you want, just be sure it includes more than one score.

I've create a cute little treat box that would be perfect for any occasion.  However, since Easter is coming up soon, I've packed it with some little Easter treats!

Use double sided pattern paper so you have a pretty interior and exterior.

Cut pattern paper 8" x 10"

Placing the 8" width on the Scor-Pal , score at 1", 3', 5", 7".

Rotate and score at 2" and 6".

Fold on all scored lines.

Cut away the four corners.

Score the outer boxes on the diagonal and fold along the score lines.

Find the center of the center box and score as shown.  Select Scor-Tape which is on The Stacker and place the tape to the triangular sections closest to the main panel.

This is what the box looks like when the outer panels are adhered in place.  If placed flat, the box itself is flat.  When standing, the scored lines help it hold it's shape.

Fill the box with some Easter goodies.

Wrap some pretty sparkly ribbon around the box to hold it together.  Then add a pretty bow and some flowers to finish.

If we could hold Easter celebrations this year, wouldn't these be fun sitting on the dining room table for all your guests?
