Couture Creations 2016/17 Design Team Audition

Couture Creations is having a Design Team call.  What a wonderful opportunity it would be to work with so many wonderful embossing folders and dies.   I do have quite a selection of embossing folders so here's what I've created with them.

 

Happy Birthday -

Couture Creations Embossing Folder, Heartfelt Creations Stamps, Petaloo flowers

The embossed cardstock was lightly inked before adding it to the card

 

 

 

Bee Happy -

Darice Embossing Folder, spray inks, May Arts ribbon

White cardstock was spritzed with several colors of ink

A piece of white cardstock was cut apart and added to the main panel

 

 

Friendship -

Couture Creations Embossing Folder, Clearsnap Ink, Hero Arts Stamp, May Arts Ribbon

2 panels of white cardstock were embossed and then inked

The smaller panel was matted, wrapped with ribbon and adhered to the main panel

 

 

 

Friend -

A watercolor panel was spritzed with several colors of inks then embossed

Black ink was used to add dimension to the embossed designs

2 white panels were embossed and inked

The center was cut from one of the panels and added atop the second panel with foam adhesives

The flower was added to the center

 

 

Fabulous Day -
Spellbinders dies, Clearsnap Ink and Foils
Use dies to create the card
Use leaf dies as stencils to emboss the next layer
Die cut leaves from foiled cardstock

I love working with embossing folders and dies.  You have so many options and the ability to create a wide range of projects with them.
