Clear Scraps Frame

Hi everyone I'm on the the Clear Scraps blog working with the September kit.  This kit contains a Desk Page Frame as well as papers from Simple Stories.

I painted the chipboard panel with black paint. 

Next, I cut pattern paper to fit.  Selecting one of the included phrases, I cut it to fit the chipboard panel.

I painted the frame with yellow paint and slipped the chipboard panel inside.  I also painted one of the acrylic stars with black paint and fussy cut a clock to sit on top.
