Welcome to the Scor-pal/Little Darlings blog hop! Today we are featuring some fun projects using the Scor-pal/Scor-buddy along with the newly released Fall/Halloween Little Darlings stamps. If you came here from Janiel's blog, then you are in the right spot. If not, you will want to start from the beginning at the Scor-pal blog so you don't miss any of today's projects. There will be some Little Darlings stamps given away by Love to Stamp and Scor-pal will be giving away a Scor-buddy to one person randomly chosen from all comments left. The more comments you leave the better your chances of winning. You can also increase your chances of winning a Scor-buddy in other ways as well so check out the Scor-pal blog for complete details.
I love using my Scor-Pal and when I had the opportunity to select a stamp from Little Darlings, I chose this to use this "Autumn Friends" stamp. I loved it so much, I couldn't stop creating cards!!!
Once I had my stamped image colored with Copics, I scored around it, creating a nice focal point. I inked the edges with Clearsnap ink, working my way towards the image with a lighter hue.
I added a word paper under the image which I matted with cardstock that I also scored for effect.
I created a top fold card for my next image, and added 3 score lines under the image. The Scor-Pal really provides crisp, clean lines that show up even when using a vibrant striped pattern paper.
Because the Scor-Pal creates perfectly straight lines, I was able to add some bling straight on.
Supplies:
Cardstock: Bazzill
Pattern paper: DCWV
Scoring Tool: Scor-Pal
Stamp: Little Darlings
Ink: Clearsnap
Markers: Copics
Rhinestones: Want2Scrap
