Autumn Pop Up Card

Hi everyone, I'm on the Dies R Us blog with a fabulous easel card.

Autumn is my time of year.  I love it.

This Poppy die was perfect to create a wonderful Fall themed card.

This die comes with everything you need to create a Pop Up Easel Card.  It even folds flat to fit in a standard envelope.

Creating a card from green cardstock with the base die and the second layer, I then die cut the top layer from a script paper.   I inked this layer with Distress Inks in green, brown and red to simulate the colors of fall.

Using oval dies, I die cut 2 layers, stamping the phrase on the top layer.
The card was assembled with foam adhesives between the layers for dimension.

Welcome Fall

Hi everyone, I'm on the Dies R Us blog today.

As we head from summer into fall, I can almost hear the crunching leaves, can you?

I die cut the Maple Vine Frame from  Rinea Mocha/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper.  The foiled paper die cut beautifully and was the perfect frame for my fall card.

Using The Best Glue Ever, I adhered the frame to a panel of Rinea Emerald Starstruck Foiled Paper.

Because leaves come in a multitude of colors, I die cut the frame again with a variety of foils, fussy cut some of the leaves and adhering them back to the main frame, giving the card some dimension.

Stamping an image, I colored her with Copic Markers, fussy cut her, matted her with cardstock for emphasis, then fussy cut her again.   Finally, I slipped her behind some leaves along the bottom of the card.

Sweet Summer Card

Hi everyone, I'm on the Dies R Us blog today.

This Tutti Designs Die just screams fun, doesn't it?  I chose to die cut it from 3 colors of cardstock.  Using the orange layer as the base, I cut apart the other colors so I could reassemble the die with the correct colors in place.  Realizing I needed to use yellow cardstock, I die cut that piece last.

Create a card from kraft cardstock and add a panel of blue on top.   Using the largest of the stitched circle dies, I die cut a black cardstock circle and adhered it to the card.  Then, I placee the reassembled die cut on the card.

I have a Secret to Share

Hi everyone, I'm on the Dies R Us blog  sharing a secret.

You'll need to read on to see what is hidden inside,

I created a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" horizontal card from gray cardstock.

Using Lawn Fawn Picture Window Die set, die cut all the included pieces in the appropriate colors.  Place the heart on the center score line and die cut.

Place assorted die cut elements about the heart, some behind and some in front of the heart to give depth and dimension to the card.

Adhere the heart window to the card.  Stamp Whimsical Whisps along the inside panels in gray ink.  Finish off by adding Stickles.

For the front cover, die cut 3 sizes of Lawn Fawn Rectangle dies.

Assemble the layers and use the Lavinia stencil with Tattered Rose Oxide Ink on the top panel

Also use the Lavinia stencil with Tattered Rose Oxide Ink to add a slight definition to the card front  before adhering the center panels.

Stamp sentiment on the front panel and add to the card with foam adhesives for dimension.

Spread Kindness Birdhouse Card

HI everyone, I'm on the Dies R Us blog spreading happiness with a spring slim line card.

I wanted a spring card and since I have lots of 6x6 paper pads, I decided to combined 2 panels.  I tore the edge of the green panel and placed it on top of the floral paper.

Using the largest Torn Edged Die, I die cut the panel and then also die cut a white panel to create the frame.

Inking the panels with brown ink, I placed the panels on an orange card.

Next, I die cut the birch tress and also die cut and assembled the bird house.

I also die cut the flowers and leaves that come with the bird house set.  As you can see, I left my pieces intact as they are small.  This way I don't lose them!

I used the Birch Tree dies to use as the stake for the bird house, then I placed the bird house on top and added all the embellishments.  Then I added a phrase across the stake.

Friendship Blooms Bunny

Hi everyone, I'm on the Dies R Us blog with a sweet friendship card.

I began by stamping the rabbit on white cardstock.  After coloring with Copic Markers, I added some grass using Peeled Paint Oxide Ink.

Realizing I wanted to create a slim line card, I adhered pink cardstock to the panel, then die cut the panel with the 2nd largest die.  Using the Best Glue Ever, I adhered ribbon at the seam.

The card was created using the largest of the dies and the panel was added to the card with foam adhesives for dimension.

I added a phrase that was stamped with black ink, die cut and matted with a larger die.  It was also added to the card with foam adhesives for dimension.

Sweet Tulip Fairy Card

Hi everyone, I'm on the Dies R Us blog with this sweet fairy card.

Placing the Lavinia stamp -  Moments Like These on the Misti stamp her on white cardstock using assorted colors of ink.

Using the coordinating Fairy Cuts - Tulip Fairy and die cut her.

Using Misty Morning background paper, ink Lavinia Fairy Words in VersaFine Clair Morning Mist Ink, stamp on scrap paper first , then stamp along the right side for a subtle effect.

Mat the panel with white cardstock, then add it to a blue card.  Place the Tulip Fairy in the left corner.  Using a glue pen, add dots of glue around the panel then pour on Fairy Hugs Silver Lightning Glitter.

Sweet isn't she?

Thank you cards with Tutti Designs

Hi everyone, I'm on the Dies R Us blog with some sweet slim line cards.

I often have left overs from various projects and these particular pieces were perfect to use as slim line cards.  I inked each scrap with Distress Oxide Ink in Ground Espresso.

Adhering the inked pieces to cardstock, I used Tutti Designs Slimline Stitched Rectangle Die to die cut the panel.

I used additional scraps to create another card, but this time I placed them on an angle before die cutting the panel.

The panels were added  to black cards.

I die cut smaller layers for the center of each card, then added my Thank you phrase.  To fill in some of the white space, I fussy cut flowers, lightly inked them then added to the card.

What do you do with your left overs?
