I Pledge....

I've had this stamp in my stash for quite awhile, but unfortunately I don't know who manufactured it!!! Since we are heading into the 4th of July weekend, I thought it would be an appropriate card to post.



Once my card was together, I added dots around the card using Smooch Illuminate and Siren Inks. The tip of the brush makes it easy to add dots of color anywhere.
