Romantic Star Book with Scor-Pal

Hi everyone.  It's challenge time at Scor-pal and this month is all about ribbon and lace.

I've created fun star album that has so many possibilities.  I went with a love theme but you could easily recreate this with a travel theme, a baby theme, a graduation theme, etc.

Three colors of cardstock are needed.

Cut brown cardstock 4" x 12".
Cut red cardstock 4" x 10".
Cut pink cardstock 4" x 8".
Place each piece on the Scor-Pal and score each piece in half.

Decorate each piece before assembling. 
I used red ink with a heart stencil on the red cardstock panels.

I used pink ink with a heart stencil on the pink cardstock panels.

To assemble, place Scor-Tape along the short edges and adhere the 3 layers together so the edges meet, leaving space between the folds.

To create the cover pages, cut chipboard 4" x 6".
Cut red cardstock 5" x 7".
Center the chipboard panels on the red cardstock then cut corners on an angle.
Fold edges in and adhere to the chipboard using Scor-Tape.

Cut ribbon approximately 18" long. 

Find the center and place at the crease.

Run a line of Scor-Tape across the center of both panels and place the ribbon on top.

Place Scor-Tape along the edges of the brown panels and place the covers on top.

Decorate as desired with stickers, rub-ons and more.
