Lavinia World Challenge #22

Hi everyone, it's time for the next challenge at Lavinia World Challenges.  Please check it out and join in the fun.

I love these bunnies from Midnight Meandering, and stamped them in black ink.  I also stamped a 2nd image to use as a mask.

Fussy cutting the 2nd image, I placed the mask atop the main image then used Brilliance ink to add color to the background with a large dauber.

Next, I used a darker Brilliance blue to add color around the outer edges of the panel.

Keeping the mask in place, I stamped the Tree Scene in green and then brown inks.  The panel was then die cut, matted with a larger die and added to my card.  A Time to Reflect was added to the corner with foam adhesives for dimension.

Would love to see what you create for Challenge #22.  The winner of the challenge will receive a
$15 gift certificate to Lavinia World to shop for more goodies.   Remember there is a new challenge every other Thursday.  Can't wait to see what you create.

Thanks for stopping by.

  3. Hi, Steph! I think this is my all-time-fave-Steph card! The papers are cute, but it is the scene you have encapsulated in your framed circle that make it so sweet and endearing. It is BEAUTIFUL. Thank you for taking photos and explaining what you've done because I love the idea of masking and have not made any masks yet for LW images. It sure does make a difference. Beautiful! hugs, de
