Happy Halloween Banner with Rinea Foils

Hi everyone, Halloween is just around the corner and the Haunted Foiled Paper Variety Pack is perfect for creating Halloween decorations.  This collection has 12 sheets of  6" x 12" papers in wonderful colors and I chose to create a Halloween banner.

I created banner pieces from black cardstock and added a layer of pattern paper on each. Then I die cut images using my Cricut Expression and Glossy Ebony/Black Gold foil.  Placing my foil on a low-tack mat (or you can use an old Cricut mat), I taped the foil in place.  Setting my pressure to medium and my speed to high, my focal elements cut easily and quickly.

Using Spellbinders dies, I die cut ovals from Glossy Marigold Orange/Gold foil, then die cut the next layer from Starstruck Ebony Black.  All layers were adhered together with Beacon Adhesive.

To create the drippy edges on each banner piece, I used a punch and  punched strips of Emerald Green/Gold foil.

The drippy strips were adhered in place with Beacon Adhesive.  The die cut elements were then added to the banners with foam adhesives for dimension.

I punched holes in each banner piece, adhering them together with large brads.

To the edges, I tied twine to use as the hangers.

If you are creating Halloween decorations, then this collection is perfect for all your decorating needs.

Thanks for stopping by.

Steph
