I created banner pieces from black cardstock and added a layer of pattern paper on each. Then I die cut images using my Cricut Expression and Glossy Ebony/Black Gold foil. Placing my foil on a low-tack mat (or you can use an old Cricut mat), I taped the foil in place. Setting my pressure to medium and my speed to high, my focal elements cut easily and quickly.
Using Spellbinders dies, I die cut ovals from Glossy Marigold Orange/Gold foil, then die cut the next layer from Starstruck Ebony Black. All layers were adhered together with Beacon Adhesive.
To create the drippy edges on each banner piece, I used a punch and punched strips of Emerald Green/Gold foil.
The drippy strips were adhered in place with Beacon Adhesive. The die cut elements were then added to the banners with foam adhesives for dimension.
To the edges, I tied twine to use as the hangers.
Thanks for stopping by.
