Always Grateful Shaped Card

Hi everyone, I've got a wonderful  fall card to share

The card was created using a Spellbinders die.  I love creating shaped cards as they can have a big impact on your design.  I just cut the tabs off the edge of the card.

Next,  I die cut a panel of Emerald/Emerald Starstruck Foiled Paper.  After cutting off the tabs on both sides of the panel, I adhered it  to the card base.

I also die cut a panel of Marigold/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper and partially embossed it with a script embossing folder.  By reducing the pressure, I was able to avoid embossing the center of the panel and allow the outer edges to get a good impression.

Rub Ghost Ink across the embossed panel.   It removed some of the Marigold foil, leaving behind a silver foiled effect.  It looks amazing on the embossed edges.

Using a Tutti Designs die, die cut Always Grateful from Ebony/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper.  Die cut a circle using Marigold/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper and adhere the phrase on top.

Adhere the panel to a larger circle of Ebony/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper and a scalloped circle of Emerald/Emerald Starstruck Foiled Paper.

Use a paint brush to pick up Ghost Ink and paint it between the pumpkin panels and along the bottom edge of the panel for a distressed effect.

Assemble the card, adding dew drops to the flowers.

Thanks for stopping.

Steph
