ScorPal November Be Thankful

Hi everyone, it's time for a new Scor-Pal challenge.  Just create a project with more than one score.

Today, I'm sharing a tag using a scored panel for the background.

Cut pattern paper to fit the chipboard tag - approx. 4" x 7".

Score along every 1/2" across the panel.
Rotate and score every 1/2" again creating squares.

Ink over the scored lines with brown ink for definition.

Adhere the scored panel to the tag.
Cut off any excess and ink the edges with brown ink.
Add a burlap panel and assorted elements on top.

Finish by adding die cut mushrooms and flourishes to the tag.
Rather than adding twine to the tag hole, I placed a large brad and a flourish.
Then I added a twine bow.

This is a fun project to create with whatever left over elements you have available.

Thanks for stopping by.

Hi everyone, I'm using some amazing products from Blank Page Muse and I Brake for Stamps.

Blank Page Muse:  Special Day Clear Sentiments
I Brake for Stamps:  Large Script Background

Stamp and emboss the image.
Since I wanted to add a background, I also created a mask and fussy cut it.
Placing the mask on the image, I inked the Script stamp.
After off stamping it on scrap paper, I lightly stamped over the masked image.

Blessed Clip Board

Hi everyone, sharing a quick and easy project today.

Paint the clip board with brown Folk Art paint.

Next, fussy cut the design from a napkin.
Paint Mod Podge on the panel and place the napkin.
Be sure to smooth it out to remove any wrinkles.

Cut thin strips of ribbon from a wider ribbon.

Place the strips in the Bowdabra creating loops.
Place a 2nd strip to create as many loops as desired.
Use the bow wand to push the loops into the channel.

Pull out the ribbon and tie off.

Place a strip of burlap across the clip board.
Ink and adhere Blessed on top of the burlap panel.
Tie the bow to the clip.
Tie several balls together and tie to the bow.

Happy Fall.

Etchall - Candy Corn Jars

Hi everyone, I've etched a bunch of mini jars using  EtchallⓇ etching creme.

I had some deserts that came in these cute little jars with lids, so I decided to etch them.

Using mini Halloween stencils, I cut them apart and adhered them around the jars.

Next, I added painter's tape around the images, masking off any areas I did not want etched.

Using a spoon, I added the etching creme around the jars.

Waiting 15 minutes, I removed the etching creme.
Since the etching creme is reusable, I scraped it off and put it back in its original container.

Next, I rinsed off the jars and removed the stencils and tape.
Using a baby wipe, I removed any lingering creme to reveal the design.

These are perfect little jars for creating spooky treats for Halloween.
I filled them with candy corn for family and friends.

Thankful for you....

Hi everyone, as fall approaches, I wanted to use these lovely dies.

This lovely Spellbinders die set caught my eye.  And while it is perfect for fall creations, I can also see using the window for non fall creations.

Emboss cream cardstock with a Fall embossing folder.
Ink around the outside edges and adhere to a green card.
Die cut the window from cream cardstock, lightly ink and mat with the included larger die.
Adhere to card.

Die cut acorns, pumpkins and leaves from assorted colors and adhere to card.
Use liquid pearls to create berries on the leaves.
Stamp and die cut "thankful", adhering it to the card with foam adhesives.
Stamp "for you" directly on the card.

Etchall - Fall Themed Jar

Hi everyone, I love decorating jars - with so many sitting on my shelves, I love to see how each can be decorated differently.  This month, as we are heading towards Thanksgiving, I thought a fall themed jar would be a fun addition to fall decorating.

Place jar in etchallⓇ dip 'n etch and allow it to set for 15 minutes.

Remove the jars, rinse and pat dry.
Pour the dip 'n etch back into the original container since it is reusable.

Once dry, it's time to decorate.
Paint with Plaid Copper Metallic paint.

Decorate in a fall theme.
Wrap burlap around the jar.
Add a second layer of burlap in a second color.

For the final layer, adhere a pumpkin ribbon.
Wrap twine around the top edge.

Create a bow using the Bowdabra and add to the jar.

Etchall - Hostess Gift

Hi everyone, I love decorating jars - with so many sitting on my shelves, I love to see how each can be decorated differently.  With the holidays approaching, hostess gifts are always needed so I used  etchallⓇ to create the perfect gift.

Place the jars in etchallⓇ dip 'n etch and allow to sit for 15 minutes.

Remove the jars and pour the dip 'n etch back into the original container since it is reusable.
Rinse off the jars and dry them.

Decorate the jars to fit the occasion.
I chose to go with a fall them and wrapped ribbon around the tops of the jars.

Add some flowers and put the jars in a caddy.

Fall Stencilled Cards

Hi everyone, I've got a new post on the Clear Scraps blog using two of their stencils.

Using the 6" Shattered Glass Stencil, I placed it on white cardstock, then used gold metallic paste

I also used the 6" Swirl Pumpkin, placing it on white cardstock and used the same gold metallic paste on the swirl portion.

Once dry, I cut the shattered glass stencil  to fit my card front and matted it with cardstock.  The left over strip was used for a second card.

I stamped and colored 2 mice, die cut them and added them atop a strip of Rinea Mocha/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper.  The phrase was stamped and die cut, then matted upon a larger die.  The second card uses the left over strip and which was placed atop a strip of burlap.  Pumpkins, die cut from Rinea Marigold/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper and backed with Rinea Gold Starstruck Foiled Paper,  were added along the bottom edge.  The phrase was stamped and die cut, then matted upon a larger die.

The swirl panel was fussy cut and matted with cardstock which was also fussy cut, creating a doily-like panel.  It was then placed atop a striped panel.  A burlap strip was placed across the card.  A third mouse was stamped and die cut, then  added to the card.  Two pumpkins were stamped on Rinea Marigold/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper and die cut.  They were then added to the corner of the card.

Happy Fall.

Happy Fall Card

Hi everyone and Happy Fall.  I've got a quick card today using whatever I had on my craft desk.

I love this time of year, don't you?  The changing colors of the leaves and the cool, crisp air.

Using left over clays from Makin'sⓇ Clay, I mixed them together to create the changing colors of the season.  I placed the clay in the Leaves Push Mold and removed this wonderful leaf.

Using the Joy Clair Fall Leaves stamp set, I stamped it on an oval, then placed the leaf above.
