 Hi everyone, it's Thursday and my day to share another Fairy Stamper project. 

Today's card is simple, but is perfect for the upcoming Christmas season.

I stamped Christmas Night  with VersaFine Clair Morning Mist Ink and then embossed it with clear embosisng powder.  Believe was stamped with VersaFine Clair Nocturne Ink and also embossed with clear embossing powder.

I used a Fairy Hugs Background panel then matted it with light blue cardstock before adding to a navy card.

Dragon Dreams with TLC

Hi everyone, I have a sweet card to share using lots of products from TLC Designs.  With an assortment of fun dies and stamps available, the design team will be showing you lots of ways to use these wonderful products. 

I started with Dreamer the Dragon stamp set, stamping it on white cardstock and coloring with Copic Markers.  Then I fussy cut the dragon.

Using the circle dies from the Happy Dragonfly Circle, I die cut both together creating both a circle and a scalloped border.  I found the white was too bright so I  inked each with brown ink.

I die cut the Mushroom border from the Land and Seas dies, also lightly inking with several colors of  distress inks.

Creating a card from black cardstock, I used the smaller circle from the Happy Dragonfly Circle to cut a circle in the card front.  Then I placed the first die cut pieces around the opening and behind the die cut opening.  I adhered the fussy cut dragon to the opening.  To add some more pops of color, I die cut several different colors of mushroom toppers - the mushroom toppers are included in the Land and Seas die set and are the perfect little accent pieces.

Finally, I stamped Dream in the lower right corner.

Christmas Nativity Scene

Hi everyone.  Have you started your Christmas cards yet?  I found this Crafter's Companion die and thought it would be a great card to create with Rinea Foiled Papers.

I started by die cutting the Nativity scene from Gold/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper.

I die cut  it again from Mocha Starstruck and Emerald Starstruck.  Then I chose to use Sapphire/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper for the background.

Mary, Joseph and the baby were fussy cut from the Gold layer and the leaves were fussy cut from the  Emerald layer.  Once assembled, I adhered to the Sapphire layer.  

This star was also die cut from Gold Glossy and added above the manger.

12 Days of Christmas Angel

Hi everyone, I'm on the Clear Scraps blog creating with the Angel Medium DIY Pallet Shape.  At approximately 6" x 8", this piece will take center stage with your holiday decorations.

Using the angel pallet as a stencil, draw around it on Graphic 45 Christmas paper.  So as not to compete with the 12 Days of Christmas, I chose to use the plaid side.

I adhered the papers to the angel.  I ran a little short in the center of the angel, but since it was going to be covered by the 12 Days of Christmas, I was ok with that.

 

Using dies, I die cut a scalloped circle using  Rinea Gold/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper .  I also used a medium circle to die cut the pattern paper for the angel face.  I love how the scalloped gold foil acts like a halo.

Using a large oval die, I die cut the 12 Days of Christmas from the center of the pattern paper and matted it with a larger red oval die cut.

I then adhered the 12 Days of Christmas oval to the angel with foam adhesives for dimension.

Walking in a winter wonderland

 Hi everyone, I'm on the DRU blog wishing you a beautiful day.  With the cold days of winter coming up, I used a full sized background die card to create my card.

Using white cardstock, I die cut the Amy Design Vintage Winter Village Frame Straight die for the card front.

Wanting a dramatic background, I adhered this die cut panel to a purple/black panel then added it to another white panel.  Finally, it was added to a black card.

Next, I added Ranger Liquid Pearls to the lights and windows and Nuvo Drops to add dimension to the snowflakes.

Stamp and die cut a phrase for the card using Tutti Oval Nesting Dies.

Add the phrase to the card with foam adhesives for dimension.

Lavinia World Challenge #41

Hi everyone, it's time for the next challenge at Lavinia World Challenges.  Please check it out and join in the fun.

I created background created using an assortment of Brusho Inks.  The colors are amazing and you never know what you'll be creating.

Place Tree Goddess Luna on MISTI and stamp her with VersaFine Clair Nocturne Ink.  I reinked and restamped as needed for a good impression.

Stamp around Luna with Fairy Words using Nocturne Ink.  Place an acrylic die cut circle on Luna and sponge around her with Nocturne Ink for definition.  Use a Quickie Glue Roller Pen along the circle and pour Fairy Hugs Glitter Powder in Silver Lightening on top.

Mat the stamped panel with white cardstock and add to a red card.  Stamp the Time to Reflect phrase on a scrap of the background cardstock, then add to the card with foam adhesives for dimension.

Don't Let Life Dull Your Sparkle

 Hi everyone, it's Thursday and my day to share another Fairy Stamper project. 

I began by stamping 3 Toadstools on the left side of the card, masking each for dimension.  Then I used Distress Oxide in Bundled Sage to create the hills under the mushrooms.  

To create the sky, I  used Distress Oxide in Speckled Egg and Faded Jeans.

The panel was die cut and matted with white cardstock before being added to a blue card.  Dragonflies from the Bugs stamp set were stamped around the toadstools.  I also stamped a hedgehog from the Wallace Family in the lower corner.

Using a Quickie Glue Pen, I added dots of glue on the toadstools, hedgehog and dragonflies.  Then I poured on Fairy Hugs Glitter in Silver Lightning.  Love the effect, don't you?  Finally, I stamped the Sparkle stamp on a scrap of the background paper and added it to the card.

Merry Christmas with Blank Page Muse

 Hi everyone, I'm so excited to be starting on my journey with Blank Page Muse.  With Christmas coming up fast, it's time to get your Christmas cards done.

Supplies:

Blank Page Muse Stamp: Christmas Classic Stamp Set
Blank Page Muse Stamp: Penguins on Ice Winter Holiday Stamp Sheet
White and Navy cardstock
Coloring Medium:  Copics
Ink:  Ranger Distress Oxide

Instructions:

Create a background of random snowflakes
Place the panel on blue cardstock and adhere to card base

Stamp the fence in black ink on white cardstock
Color the fence with Copic Markers
Add gray marker under the snow mounds for definition
Ink the background with light blue marker
Randomly stamp additional snow flakes above the fence
Tear the panel and mat with blue cardstock
Using dimensional adhesives, add the panel to the card
Use Nuvo Crystal Drops on the snow mounds along the fence

Stamp Merry Christmas on a scrap of white cardstock
Mat with navy cardstock and add to card
Place Nuvo Drops to the "i" in Christmas

Happy Snow Family with TLC Designs

Hi everyone, I'm excited to start my journey with TLC Designs.  With an assortment of fun dies and stamps available, the design team will be showing you lots of ways to use these wonderful products. 

I chose to use the Land and Sea Dies for my first card.  This die set contains 5 dies to create hills, waves, grass, clouds as well as a sweet mushroom scene.  Also included are tiny mushrooms that can be die cut separately and used to add more dimension to your projects.

Using the hillside die, die cut 2 pieces of  white cardstock at different heights to use for the snow mounds. Create a card from black cardstock and add a layer of blue paper for the background.   Place the snow mounds on the card at different heights.   

As I wanted icicles on the top of the card, I used  Rinea Silver/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper with the grass die and used the negative die cut.  Using foam adhesives for dimension, the icicles were added to the card.

The snow people and phrase are from the Snow Family Fun Tree digital stamp set.  I colored them with Copic Markers and fussy cut them.  The snow girl was placed behind the snow mound and the snow boy was placed on top with foam adhesives for dimension.  Stickles were added around the snow mounds and to the snowballs.

Isn't this sweet?  I am enjoying creating with TLC Designs and you will be seeing an assortment of projects over the coming months.

Scor-Pal Challenge #77

Hi everyone, it's a new month and the challenge on the Scor-Pal blog is to create anything, just be sure it includes more than one score.

I've created a slimline card for today's challenge.

Cut cardstock 8 1/2" x 8 1/2" and score at 2 5/8" and 5 1/4".  These are perfect for using the stash of 8 1/2" x 11" cardstock we all own.

Cut cardstock and pattern paper to fit the outside flaps and the center.  Then, using an edge die, die cut the flaps at differing heights.

Create a pocket on the center panel and slip a gift card or perhaps some cash inside.

To keep the card closed, create a belly band to fit around the card.  

Stamp a phrase on the belly band.
